Assalam semua, 

Selalu bila kita sebut diet mesti sebab nk kurus kn? Ala tak payah kata dak aih, semua pon mcm tuh. Diet tak makan siang tapi malam tibai sungguh2x or posa siang mlm makan macam sebulan tak makan. Or pagi petang siang malam kena cari nasik lauk ayam jer hari2x.... hurm... cane berat tak naik kn? Aku suka makan ikan xpa.

Healthy way to eat
know how ur stomach operates
It has 3 cycles
Cleansing,intake& assimilate.
Each cycle consist of 8hours
Cleanse(4am-12pm), intake(12pm-8pm)& assimilate(8pm-4am)

Breakfast
Since bfast fall under the cleansing period, u need to eat things that will help the cleansing process. Y we need to help is going to be told next. Eat things like fruits, vegie n drinks only plain water or juices. 1st gulp, kumur ngn air liur. Lg bgs klu belum gosok gigi. Air liur kita ada this enzim yg tolong pencernaan,yg tolong perut kita.if u think fruits xcukup(asyik lapar je) then try mkn fruit yg memenuhkan perut.ie: pisang.I bet 2biji dh kenyang kot.if kul 10/11 still lapar,mkn buah lg.

Intake
12-8 ms utk mkn. Y I said dulu kul 12 lunch mkn carbs je. Mostly org keje. So they need energy which kita bole dpt from carbs. Jgn mix kan mknan kita sbb utk perut cerna kan carbs, it will produce asid, tp bila kita campur protien, it will produce alkali. So simple sains, asid ngn alkali akan jd neutral. If kita xmix, perut will take only 4hours to cerna kan everything but if kita mix it cn go up to 8hours.so mkn kul 12 kul 8 xsetel lg.pastuh dinner mkn mcm tuh gak.tambah lg 8jam.

Assimilate.
Ini process dlm usus,bkn kt perut.perut time ni dh xperlu buat apa2 which mean masa rehat dia la.sbb tuh org ckp jgn mkn mlm2.so if time ni kita baru nk mkn,perut kita xkan dpt rest yg cukup.so jgn mkn.try to create habit benti mkn before 8pm.n if mlm lapar gak,mkn lh fruit.

If u follow this diet for 30days, insyAllah ur body will feel d different in no time. Ur energy will be well managed n u can feel more energetic. Bgn pagi2 melompat. Bt this diet is for us not to gain any extra weight. To lose some weight, we still need to exercise. N need to do detox jugak. Org kata flush away anything yg xdiperlukan dlm badan. U can try no protien diet(3days). Buat once a month.

Oh yeah 1 more thing, there's a way how to check apa yg u amik itu healthy ke tak. Or ur system,(perut n usus) is functioning well. Input = output. So apa yg kita mkn nk tgk elok ke tak, tgk kt output kita. 5 mende nk kene monitor.

1.It has to be done in 20seconds. So bila terasa,msk toilet, duduk within 204seconds dh setel.klu kene meneran lama tu then ada prob.
2.Kene kuar in 1piece.if pnjng kene potong tgh2 its ok.janji solid.
3.Kaler kene normal coklat. Hitam or coklat cair is not good.
4.Bau kene berpada. If org after kita msk toilet xle tahan bau then problem.
5.Output kene terapung.lg ssh nk flush lg bgs.knp? Sbb yg terapung tuh means our usus buat keje yg bgs.

  1. our stomach and intestine can be relate back to other things like tangki air kat rumah kita. why i say such things is because let us take tangki air as an example. we can put big water filter kat luar rumah, then small filter at every pili yg ada dlm rumah just to get ourselves air yg bersih,no? but how many of us can confirm that air yg kita dpt tuh betul2 bersih. most of us amik precaution utk masak air if kita nak minum. itu talian terus. macam mana lak ngn tangki? kita dh filter air dr suma sources kan but betul ke after 2years, tangki kita still bersih? takde sludge or keladak or apa2 yg tak patut in our tangki? lucky for us, tangki air usually ada cara nk basuh or drain all the water inside n then kita cuci that tangki to make it clean,no? but still mende2 tuh suma amat lah susah nk buat kan. why am i talking about mencuci tangki, kotoran dlm tangki. let us relate back to our stomach n intestine(usus). well berapa lama dh kita hidup?? 15years?? 20years?? 25years?? 30years?? kita mandi every single day just to clean up our body,no?? but how many of us yg pernah cuci inner body mcm kita nya tangki kt umah?? how many of us after 25years hidup can claim yg our perut, our usus tersangat lah bersih?? intestine kita ada things mcm bulu hidung(i lupa apa ia dipanggil) yg berfungsi sebagai alat utk ia menyerap zat2 dlm makanan yg kita mkn everyday. so apa terjadi kt intestine kita bila tak pernah cuci?? ia akan diselaputi(oleh mende yg i sendiri mls nk mention). so lama kelamaan ia akan hilang ke efektif an dlm menyerap zat2 makanan. so apa yg kita perlu buat?? we need to regularly cuci our intestine.. that is why people talk about d importance of fibre, fruits n all. kita ckp most of the things without even realizing the true importance of it.. kita ckp makan sayur penting tp berapa ramai yg tau explain kenapa sayur tu betul2 penting?? if kita tak pernah cuci, if kita tak pernah makan betul2, sape yg berani cakap dia nya perut n usus dlm condition yg terbaik??

    usus kita unik. tuhan jadikan dia dari usus kecik sampai la ke usus besar. n if tuan puan masih ingat lagi pasal usus yg kita belajar masa skolah (sains) kita akan nmpk yg usus ni berbengkang bengkok dlm shape yg betul. tp saya bole gerenti if kita tak pernah cuci bahagian dlm badan kita, if kita g buat xray, u guys akan nampak shape usus kita dh berubah banyak. hehe.

    anyway apa yg sama merepek kt atas ni suma nya agak kontrovesi. but i've learnt it from former nutritionist and a dear guru. n i am all about giving n sharing. opinions are mostly welcomed. yg buruk suma nya dari saya n yg baik dari Dia.

  3. since dh ada feedback then i rasa cam best je nk berkongsi lagi.kali ni pasal dairy product lak..

    ok what im about to say will definitely brings controversy n all..hehe.. but surely mende ni best kalau nk berdebat ke nk berbahas ke..

    from my POV, dairy product is not good for health..

    so lets have a sharing of our own thoughts regarding this topic..

    setuju or tak, i hope u guys will include WHY skali.. :)
