Nie kesah Cavenzi aka kedai perabut yg sgt famous tuh. Aku memang selalu baca bad reputation of Cavenzi. Tp selepas tgk orang-orang HQ dia turun utk settlekan masalah yg macam2 yg ditimbulkan oleh sales person yg sgt tidak bertanggungjawab jadi aku tak salahkan Cavenzi. Ini salah orang yg handle or sales person tersebut. Yela Cavenzi hanya kedai perabut yg tidak bernyawa. Yang bernyawa adalah manusia yg sgt tidak bertanggungjawab itu.
Al-kisahnya sebuah cerita. Kami dah beli beberapa perabut dari Cavenzi dan dihantar dengan sgt baik walaupun awalnya ada sikit perselisihan faham antara sales person itu dengan warehouse dia menyebabkan kami tertunggu-tunggu bilakah barang sampai. Tp delivered akhirnya dan dipasang dengan sempurna. So, i'm keep trusting her and Cavenzi.
So, MH ajak lagi ke Cavenzi QB utk survey beberapa lagi perabut. So, this sales person yg mana aku x mau mention kaum nanti racist pulak. Haha, it's was only a joke okay. Ada aku mention tak? Xde kn? So, jgn pepandai buat judgement. My best friend is Indian and Chinese person okay.
Ok sambung balik. Then this girl propose us one set of Divan Bedroom that was earlier cancel by the other customer. They will give the promotion price as the previous customer already pay for deposit. So, we need to pay for the balance plus give back deposit to the customer. Then my husband pay the balance by CC and the deposit that pay by that customer by cash. So, the girl only gave MH receipt for the payment by CC but not giving us any invoice of the thing that we ordered because before she resign from Cavenzi she want to sell a mattress for only RM699. That's why she keep invoice for her. We also not received any receipt that cash payment that was given to the previous customer as that what she told us. MH also might forgot because he's rushing that time and the store blackout some more.
So, she promise us that they will delivered after 4 week times because need to order 1st. Because we trust her so much so we wait until that time.
Okay 3 week already passes and we never have notification from her or warehouse.
Okay sambung cakap melayu pulak. Geram toi nie.
Aku ajak la MH p balik CQB nk tanya bila nk hantaq barang. MH x nk sebab katanya depa dah janji nk hantaq mg depan. Tp aku x sedap hati. Heret n paksa jugak MH p CQB. What happen is! Dia dan resign 3 hari and blah macam tuh ja. Rupanya dia dah buat taik kat ramai customer! So, ada new girl baru masuk 2 3 hari. Bila tanya semuanya blur. Then suh dia check nombor invois pada resit. Only yg salinan yg ada kat situ dan x nampak sebab rasanya yg depa simpan ada store copy dan karbon pon x nmpk langsung apa yg kami order. Lepas tuh dia kata just wait for the warehouse call and delivered that thing 1st. If, didn't have anything then come again to check. Cis! Geram betoi.
Lupa pulak nk habaq yg nama atas invoice letak nama previous customer. Aku memang x taw. Sebab MH yg pegang resit tuh. Kalau dapat kat aku memang byk tanya al-maklumlah pernah jadi auditor kn.
Okay lepas tuh tunggu kat rumah hari yg dijanjikan. Call cavenzi still xde respon. Ish geram betoi. Mintak nombor warehouse pulak nk tanya sendiri. Then depa kata x dak copy kat depa. Hah, sudah. Darah naik sampai ke hujung rambut. Isk sian pulak my baby nie.
Kekadang tuh x semua benda kita dapat mudah kn? Mesti ada jugak yg bermasalah macam nie. Istighfar dan ckp ngan MH xper nanti kita g CQB terus.
So, kami pergi on the next day and the girl yg entertain us dah berenti jugak sebab byk problem yg that 2 girls buat. So, orang HQ Cavenzi turun and figure up the problem. We all cerita la semua in detail okay they find another copy of the invoice and jumpa yg carbon yg nampak detail. Syukur. And us us to wait because warehouse and HQ tutup that day. We trust him. Yela nk kita tak boleh bersangka buruk pada semua org bukan. Sebab seekoq nyamuk takkan nk bakaq semua kelambu n rumah kn?
So, he call us as promised and tell the thing already deliverd. What! Haih... satu satu masalah kn? T_T
So, we decide to go back to CQB to explain in detail with all the prove we have. Rupanya ada 3 orang dari HQ turun utk settlekan masalah demi masalah yg ditimbulkan oleh that 2 girls.
Then dia explain yg sebenarnya that sales girl dah cancel this invoice punya order and tulis seolah2x kita cuma bayar deposit sahaja. Walhal kita dah byq penuh. Then he copied everything up and lodge repot to HQ about the issue. Tengok cara depa bersungguh-sungguh take the action rasa safe sgt. So, we let them solve the thing 1st.
Harap sgt semuanya selesai and we get our thing. Nk pindah sgt dah nie. Haih. :(
To the girls ingat! Penang nie kecik saja okay, hampa buat taik kat ramai orang so kalau jumpa memang siaplah hampa. We oll only can forgive u after our problem settle. If not, we have direct make police report.
Kadang-kadang kita nie terlalu baik hati dan sgt percayakan org lain kn? Tak baik bersangka buruk kepada orang lain bukan. Kita orang Islam masih byk nilai-nilai yg perlu ditanam. Jadi, jangan sewenang-wenangnya menipu orang macam tuh. Berlaku jujur dan amanah dalam melakukan apa sahaja dalam hidup kita.
Insya-Allah Allah SWT Maha Mendengar dan mendengar doa orang-orang yg teraniaya. Jadi, we leave it Allah SWT. Insya-Allah the thing will going on smoothly.
